What LowballBuster is
LowballBuster is a document preparation and information service. We review insurance valuation reports, explain what we find in plain English, and prepare dispute documents for you to review and send yourself.
What LowballBuster is not
We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. We are not insurance adjusters or licensed appraisers. Nothing we send you is a legal opinion or an appraisal. If you need legal advice, talk to a licensed attorney in your state.
No guaranteed outcomes
We can’t and don’t promise that your insurer will raise its offer. Results depend on your facts, your policy, and your insurer. If we believe your offer is fair, we’ll tell you that instead of preparing a letter.
Beta service
LowballBuster is in public beta. We aim to reply within 24 hours, but delays can happen. Beta cases are reviewed free of charge; the listed price applies only when we say so explicitly before you commit to anything.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and documents you have the right to share. You review everything we prepare before sending it, and you are responsible for what you send to your insurer.
Who can use the service
The service is intended for users in the United States handling their own insurance claims.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LowballBuster’s liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the case in question (which, in beta, may be zero).
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction of the founder’s principal place of business (TODO: to be specified).
